We are open Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Use our locator tool to find the nearest branch.

What do I do when I received a suspicious email or a textmessage?

Habib Canadian Bank does not send unsolicited emails or text messages asking for confidential information, such as your password, PIN, access code, credit card, debit card or account numbers.
Please report any suspicious email, text message or website to us at concerns@habibcanadian.com.
If you believe you have been a victim of fraud or have suspicious transactions in your account, please contact us.

How do I activate my card?

You can visit any of our branches and we will be happy to help you activate your card. Activating your card is quite simple, and can be completed in minutes at any of our branch ATM machines.

What type of bank accounts do you offer?

You can order your cheques directly with your respective branch or visit/call any branch and we will be happy to serve you.

How do I complete a direct deposit form?

To set up direct deposits for your pay, download the HCB Direct Deposit Form and follow these steps:

1. Complete the form online
2. Save or print the form
3. Attach a void cheque or include your account number, financial institution number and branch transit number
(You can find this information on your cheques)
4. Send the completed form to the payer.
