As the COVID-19 Coronavirus impact continues to increase across the world we want to advise all our customers that our top priority remains the health and safety of all our customers, employees and the communities in which we operate. We are taking the necessary precautions to keep our customers and employees safe while we continue to monitor the situation closely.

Your safety is our priority. What to expect during your visit to one of HCB Branch.
Hand sanitizer is available at all
entrances and all counters for your use. 
Face masks are mandatory for anyone entering
the branch. Please make sure your face is covered when visiting any of the branches. 
All personnel are required to stand 6 ft. apart using the marking on the floor. We have also assessed maximum branch occupancy limits and installed dividers to allow for physical distancing. 
100% of our employees (client facing & head office)
have been fully vaccinated.

There have been a number of reported COVID-19 related scams. As the Bank is taking the necessary steps to ensure your information is protected, there are some ways you can help to further protect yourself:

Be aware of emails, text messages and phone calls that ask you for personal information or require immediate payment.
Look out for unknown links and/or suspicious attachments.
Continue to update your personal information to stay protected.
