Accessibility Plan Progress Report 2025

Habib Canadian Bank (HCB) is pleased to share its 2025 Accessibility Progress Report, highlighting our commitment to building an inclusive and accessible environment for all — including our customers, employees, and the communities we serve.

In line with the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), we have focused on identifying, preventing, and removing barriers across our operations.

All HCB branches now feature step-free access, automatic doors, accessible washrooms, and low-height service tables to support individuals with mobility challenges.

We have enhanced recruitment practices with inclusive language and appointed an Accessibility Lead to manage accommodation requests confidentially.

Our staff training programs and communication aids, such as large-print materials, enhance our ability to support individuals with disabilities. We also provide multiple feedback channels to ensure accessibility concerns are promptly heard and addressed.
